I have never experienced asteral projection but have had one or two lucid dreams

I wouldn't say my lucid dreams were thrilling, more interesting

I don't dream that i remember, but do have the occasional lucid nightmare. Not thrilling at all.

Astra projection is woo (in my opinion)

So my most thrilling experience (that i can write about) is driving at up to 217mph (on a track of course)
