A women has XX chromosomes. This will cause her brain to become more wired, side to side, between the left and right hemispheres. The latter brain wiring makes females more verbally orientated. Males have XY chromosomes and tend to develop more wiring front to back in the brain, making them more visual animals.
The XX genetic foundation of women also makes women designed for conceiving and growing babies from eggs inside their bodies. While the orientation of her natural brain's wiring is optimized to the needs of the offspring during and after birth; feelings and thoughts stemming from maternal instincts. A woman also is the sex who exclusively transfers mitochondrial DNA to the offspring. This has little to do with behavior but it can impact our energy level, since mitochondria generate cellular fuel; ATP.
A wild card, that has nothing to do with the above natural and science definitions, is a good actor. A good actor can play any role, including pretending they are someone of the opposite sex. A good performance can occur even if they have the wrong chromosomes and the wrong brain wiring, since their role can be perfected by copying behavior and dressing up in a stereo-typical way. This can be done by either sex, since this is more dependent on will power and choice, than on male or female DNA.
The quality of their act can be enhanced with artificial additives like hormone therapy and even surgery. These can help hide their natural sexual and genetic characteristics, while enhancing what is needed for their role. This can all occur by will power, choice and manmade technology.
The actor cannot will to have XX chromosomes, if they have XY. However, for their role, this can be hidden, as long as there is no blood test for the audience to analyze. A better test for women would need to be beyond the willful control of skilled actors, since many superficial people can be fooled by effective role playing. Awards are given for this.
Say an actor was given this role on a sitcom. The show turns out to be very successful and has a long run over many years. Their original character will have time to be fined tuned and even tweaked until they became more and more optimized; natural looking for that role. This can be the kiss of death for some actors, since they might become type cast, making it hard for them to be accepted in other roles.
