What is the first thing that you visualize when you hear/read the word "God" ?

The one we chose to follow and believe in. So in my understanding there is no "one" on the top with hierarchy. It has to do with enlightenment level reached also for the Gods and Buddhas in heaven.

To become a God or Buddha one have to reach enlightenment or awakening, there are levels of enlightenment, so the more enlightened a beings is the more of the truth they see and understand (not the physical world truth).
Example from Falun Gong would be the highest level of Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance. The more one have realized this truth the higher enlightenment level on reach.
This was only to explain your question, not to proselytizing Falun Gong. This teaching is just one of many true teachings.

I can not say I have reached those levels no, I have only had glimpses in to them, form of realization of what is there ( can not prove it since it is a personal realization)

I forgot to answer part two of your question.
Yes there is 5 exercises we do in the teaching I follow.
They look somewhat like taichi but does not harvest chi energy, we develop Gong energy in this practice.

About the same as when I hear the word "aksjicnbewd". Something I do know nothing about.
But it's not exactly the same as I have never heard "aksjicnbewd" before whereas I have heard the word "god". I have heard it so often and have heard it explained so often that it has lost all meaning.
