What is the official doctrine of the pentacostal church regarding the foundations of the world? a church member has been preaching both the bible and the theory of evolution. But I'm not asking you what you think, but what is the official doctrine of the church?

There's not a single "pentacostal [sic] church." There are multiple churches that fall under the Pentecostal umbrella, and they don't all agree. You'd have to consult each one to know their opinion on evolution vs. creationism.

Evolution has little to say about the foundation of the world.

(Acknowledged that you didn’t ask for what I think, but was that because you were afraid of coming out of your comfort zone and being enlightened by free thought?)

Evolution is not a theory of origins. No one knows the origin of life, but the theory of evolution is compatible with whatever that origin might be.

Not sure of Pentecostal views, but the expression “from the founding of the world” doesn’t mean from the creation of the planet, but the original expression had to do with the ‘laying down of seed’ (as in the conception of the human race) so its talking about the beginning of the human race, not the creation of the earth.
That’s how I understand it.

....

I think we need to keep in mind there is a BIG difference between the foundation of the Earth, and the foundation of mankind on Earth.
God laid the 'foundation of Earth ' (the planet) before the 'foundation of the world' (of mankind) Psalms 104:5
Since Adam and Eve fell away, then the ' foundation of the world ' then begins with Abel as per Matthew 23:35
Un-repentant sinners will Not be part of the 'world of mankind' - Psalms 104:35

Adam and Eve are mythological - the evidence is contrary to their existence.

The fossil record supports that humans and their ancestral species have always lived decayed and died in accordance with the chemical law of decomposition since long before the 6,000 years ago Adam and Eve allegedly lived. Sin literally has nothing to do with physical death.

I am merely relating what we can learn from the Bible.
How there is that 'chemical law of decomposition' applying 'before' A&E we just don't know everything.
Since Adam was 'made' (fashioned / formed) from the already existing ground, then it would seem likely to have traces going back well before 6,000 years, but is that trace connection truly ancestral species.

Sure, there are people who say sin has nothing to do with death ( physical or otherwise ).
We don't read in Scripture about God and His created angelic life dying.
So, when God expanded His business of creation to include visible material/physical creation (us) it was very good!
God offered humankind ' everlasting life on Earth ' it as long as they did Not break God's Law.
Humans have eternity in their hearts because for each day we can think of we can think of a next day.
For each number we can count, we can count both forwards and backwards forever.
And, what healthy person wants to pick the day they want to die ______________
For me, there is more reason in believing what the Bible really teaches.
