What is the proof Jesus is eternally begotten son?

It is a matter of belief. It is prohibited to ask questions.
Did not God find any girl other than a betrothed minor to impregnate?
Impregnate without marriage? Adultery. What all laws he is talking about?
Did he repent? What should be his punishment?
He is the first law-breaker. At least Muhammad was married to Aisha.

Biblical evidence
  • Hebrews 1:3: Describes the Son as "the radiance of the glory of God and the exact imprint of his nature"

  • John 16:28: Speaks of the eternal relationship between the Father and Son

  • John 5:19, 22, 26, 27, 36; 10:18; 17:2, 8, 11, 22; 18:11: Passages that speak of the Father "giving" and the Son "receiving"

  • John 1:1-3, 10; 5:19, 21; 14:6: Passages that reflect an ordered equality between the Father and Son

Writings of early Christian scholars
  • 1732846745722.jpeg

    Origen
Wrote that Jesus was born of the Father before all creatures

  • 1732846745752.jpeg

    Athanasius
Coined the phrase "eternally begotten" to describe the co-eternal existence of the Son with the Father

The Nicene Creed also affirms that the Son is eternally begotten of the Father and possesses the same divine essence as the Father

1. "It is a matter of belief. It is prohibited to ask questions."

Response:

  • Christian Perspective:
    • The Bible encourages inquiryand seeking understanding:
      • Matthew 7:7: "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you."
      • Isaiah 1:18: "Come now, let us reason together, says the Lord."
    • Faith and understanding go hand in hand in Christianity.
  • Islamic Perspective:
    • The Quran also values seeking knowledge:
      • Surah Al-Mujadila 58:11: "Allah will raise those who have believed among you and those who were given knowledge, by degrees."
    • Asking questions is encouraged when done respectfully.

2. "Did not God find any girl other than a betrothed minor to impregnate?"

Response:

  • Christian Perspective:
    • Mary was chosen for her faith and purity, not her age.
      • Luke 1:28: "The angel went to her and said, 'Greetings, you who are highly favored! The Lord is with you.'"
      • Luke 1:34-35: Mary asked, "How will this be?" The angel explained it would be through the Holy Spirit, a miraculous event, not physical reproduction.
  • Islamic Perspective:
    • The Quran also describes the Virgin Birthas a divine miracle:
      • Surah Maryam 19:20-21: "How can I have a son when no man has touched me?" The angel replies, "It is easy for Me."
    • Mary is honored as pure and chosen in both faiths.

3. "Impregnate without marriage? Adultery. What all laws he is talking about?"

Response:

  • Christian Perspective:
    • The Virgin Birth was a miraculous act of God, not a human act, and did not violate moral laws.
      • Matthew 1:18-25: Joseph was assured by an angel that the child was conceived through the Holy Spirit.
      • Fulfillment of prophecy:
        • Isaiah 7:14: "The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel."
  • Islamic Perspective:
    • The Quran upholds Mary’s chastity and innocence:
      • Surah Maryam 19:27-28: Accused of immorality, Mary points to baby Jesus, who miraculously speaks to defend her.

4. "Did he repent? What should be his punishment?"

Response:

  • Christian Perspective:
    • God is holy and perfect, incapable of sin, and therefore does not require repentance.
      • 1 Peter 1:16: "Be holy, because I am holy."
      • The Virgin Birth was part of God’s divine plan for salvation, not a sin.
        • John 3:16: "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son."
  • Islamic Perspective:
    • God in Islam is also seen as perfect and beyond human concepts of repentance.
    • The Quran emphasizes the divine purpose behind Jesus’ birth.

5. "He is the first law-breaker. At least Muhammad was married to Aisha."

Response:

  • Christian Perspective:
    • God cannot break laws because He is the author of all morality and natural law.
      • Psalm 19:7: "The law of the Lord is perfect, refreshing the soul."
    • The Virgin Birth does not violate any laws but demonstrates God’s power and plan for salvation.
  • Islamic Perspective:
    • The comparison is flawed and inappropriate:
      • Jesus’ birth in Islam is seen as a miracle and a sign of God’s power.
      • Aisha’s marriage to Muhammad was culturally normative for 7th-century Arabia but unrelated to divine miracles.

✨ Conclusion ✨

The critic’s comments reflect misunderstandings of both Christian and Islamic beliefs. Addressing such topics requires:

  1. Clarity and respect.
  2. Scriptural references to provide context.
  3. Focus on shared values to foster understanding.
Both Christians and Muslims honor Mary and Jesus in their own traditions, emphasizing purity, divine purpose, and faithfulness to God’s plan. Let us approach these discussions with humility and sincerity.

Romans 12:18: "If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone."

curious, why do you have that symbol on your head?
Because Swastika' is the most important symbol in Hinduism apart from 'Om', which denotes prayer for well-being of all.
That, it was high-jacked by Nazis for a few years, does not change its meaning.
Hindu swastika is always in red (kumkum, turmeric + lime powder), orange (henna), yellow (sandal + saffron) or Gopi Chandan (a kind of clay found in Dwarika, Gujarat), things that we consider auspicious. We wont name a missile as Swastik.

"sarveśāṃ svastih bhavatu, sarveśāṃ śāntih bhavatu;
sarveśāṃ purṇaṃ bhavatu, sarveśāṃ maṅgalaṃ bhavatu.
śāntiḥ śāntiḥ śāntiḥ.
"

let there be well-being for all, let there be peace for all,
let there be completeness for all, let there be auspiciousness for all.
peace, peace, peace.
