Well that is more of a specific sundae rather than an "ice cream". But banana splits are really good. There used to be a Minnesota based chain that used a healthy scoop each of vanilla, strawberry and chocolate ice cream with pineapple, chocolate and strawberry sauce (made with real strawberry) toppings. The two different chocolate/strawberry combinations were fantastic.

For sundaes I sometimes get a hankering for vanilla ice cream with hot fudge and mandarin oranges.

Eskiss cafe gourmand. 5 different strengths of coffee ice cream from latte to espresso with edible coffee beans and caramel.

I found it early on when i moved to france. Any coffee drinker i tempted with it since has fallen in love with it.

Before that i was more of a mango sorbet eater.

We just had a glut of strawberries so i made some strawberry ice cream pretty good even if i do say so myself though not as good as cafe gourmand

I have to add one or two

Haagen Daz make a wonderful ice cream, rich and creamy, their pralines and cream does everything an ice-cream could do.

Also

Rare, I've only seen it twice and bought some each time, truffle ice cream... Oh yes.

Vanilla, lemon, banana, mint, and pistachio. Not sure where to get the latter though as not seen in shops much. :(

I stopped eating ice cream years ago. The cold in ice cream numbs the taste buds, so they have to put much more sugar in it to make it taste right. Isn't everyone really eating way too much sugar anyway??

When you first stop eating ice cream, you want it. After a time not eating ice cream, you will no longer crave it. I don't even miss it.

I find mankind's processed foods are not always healthy. God makes natural foods unprocessed that proves much more healthy. For a sweet tooth, I find most ripe fruits fit the bill quite nicely.

That's what I see. It's very clear!!
