I'm not crazy about US style pudding, but I love Irish sticky toffee pudding.

There's also an apricot pudding from Botswana that is an extremely close second.

You must with a good single malt for the oats to soak up.

Before the pandemic we had a Scottish themed dinner. I was tasked with makeing 80 of them, that's where i picked up my like.

There was an old lady present at the meal with doctors orders, no alcohol... She finished 6 off before her son realised what was going on. She was happy.
