Rev 4:2-6
(2) And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne.
(3) And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald.
(4) And round about the throne were four and twenty seats (23 Elders + 1 Lamb = 24): and upon the seats I saw four and twenty elders sitting, clothed in white raiment; and they had on their heads crowns of gold.
(5) And out of the throne proceeded lightnings and thunderings and voices: and there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.
(6) And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal: and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four beasts full of eyes before and behind.

(18) And the building of the wall of it was of jasper: and the city was pure gold, like unto clear glass.
(19) And the foundations of the wall of the city were garnished with all manner of precious stones. The first foundation was jasper; the second, sapphire; the third, a chalcedony; the fourth, an emerald;
(20) The fifth, sardonyx; the sixth, sardius; the seventh, chrysolite; the eighth, beryl; the ninth, a topaz; the tenth, a chrysoprasus; the eleventh, a jacinth; the twelfth, an amethyst.
(21) And the twelve gates were twelve pearls; every several gate was of one pearl: and the street of the city was pure gold, as it were transparent glass.
(22) And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.
(23) And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.
(24) And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it.
(25) And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there.
(26) And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it.
(27) And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life.

And in the days of those kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be brought to ruin. And the kingdom itself will not be passed on to any other people. It will crush and put an end to all these kingdoms, and it itself will stand to times indefinite; Daniel 2;44........................ its a goverment
I doubt that it is like any human government, humans made those and all governments are corrupt in some way. God's Kingdom would be of spirit, I assume.

Kingdom of God = Spiritual Kingdom.
Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you. Luke 17:21
Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and [of] the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. John 3:5
The water by the way is childbirth. (first birth), of the Spirit (second birth) that is why people call themselves "born-again"
For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. Rom. 14:17 further proof that it is a spiritual kingdom.

It is the place where God's perfect will is done as Jesus said in hte so called Lords prayer "Thy kingdom come-Thy will be done" one day it will be on earth as it is in heaven as Jesus told us to pray.
At the moment the heart of the natural man is in a state of rebellion to Gods will ,men are their own God's playing out their own will in their own little kingdom that they have created for themselves and God only gets lip service or is obeyed only when it suits their own selfish desires.
The gospel is mans only hope it is the key to the kindgom, when we make Jesus Lord of our life and submit to God's will as revealed in His word the Holy bible, then has God's kingdom come in our hearts. Only those whose kingdom is in their hearts can enter into the kingdom of God which He will bring in the fulness of times.

human goverments are manmade , the goverment mentioned in Daniel 2;44 is set up by God ............ now that is more like it
the setting up and establishing of this goverment spoken of in Daniel 2;44 is such GOODNEWS that it is being made known all over the globe matthew 24;14 and those who respond to this goodnews will become a GREAT CROWD of people from ALL nations... revelation7;9-10 and they will go on to get great blessings because of putting their trust in Gods kingdom goverment . ............ nice
matthew 24;14 the preaching of the GOODNEWS of the kingdom, is for a witness to the nations , or in other words to put them on notice . those who respond to this witness will be very joyful indeed that God has set up a goverment in the heavens Daniel 2;44... and they are also really glad that God has given Jesus the kingship of that kingdom . that is why they are waving their symbolic palm branches to welcome Jesus as the newly enthroned king REVELATION 7;9-10
