For you. We create our own purpose.

Now that this portion of my purpose is currently filled (I have a damn good marriage).

Tis' best to focus on purposes to benefit others, not just the self.

Edit: I am at a point where the work on myself can decrease, and I can start using those mental resources to benefit others.

Even that is a tall order for many. Trying to not make it worse should be the first step.
