Why is there no "Envy" fruball?
And the crazy thing is, in the off-season, it's only $25 for a full day pass, where you can come and go. Add to this, it's natural mineral springs, full of a list of different minearls coming out of the ground, and cooled by water from the river. So the boyancy is unbelievable. It's like being suspended in space. You just float without sinking. Almost like a sensory deprivation tank.

Add to that, in the hot-end, they have vents of air that bubbles up from the ground with metal chairs with handles on them over them. So you sit in those, and it's like having 5 massage therapist pounding you with huge bubbles of water. By the end of 3 days there, there was not one stiff muscle left in my body. I felt like a pad of melted butter.

Oh, I so want to go back....

He has driven in France and Monte Carlo before, but never in Italy, and I think this time, we'll do all our traveling between cities by train. We did take a 30-day road trip through England, Scotland and Wales back in 2015. Now that was a trip! "Wrong" side of the road, steering wheel on the "wrong" side of the car. We're getting to be too old for that kind of adventure. Hope you end up getting to see Ireland. It's beautiful.

Mauritius was wrong side, and narrow roads. Boss was rather scared for awhile. But that's also why I think I can do Ireland, just not the very narrow roads. We'll stick to the main ones.

When is off-season and when is on-season?

Please let me know when that resort opens up for business again because already checked it out and it is only 2.7 hours from Denver. Besides, my only brother, who is the only family I have left in this world, lives in Montrose, Colorado, and that resort is only 2.5 hours from where he lives. Money would not be a problem, but I do not drive on freeways anymore so maybe there is a shuttle from Denver and my brother could pick me up or meet me there. I have not seen my brother in 13 years, not since my mom died in 2007. I have not even talked to him in a couple of years or more, so I am hoping he is still with us on this side.

It looks like the pool is open. They have the details about wearing masks, and what is open and not on their site. My hesitation for going is I have to drive from Minneapolis, and that means staying in hotels along the way through Red states which don't believe in masks or that Covid is real yet. That whole chestnut.

I know that right now is the off-season, as it was this time last year I was out there. The site should have details for it. If you are able to go, I truly am envious. It is a healing place, to be sure. Just make sure you put the invisible ink stamp on your arm before you leave if you go out to lunch, so you can get back in later in the day. Plus, keep your receipt, in case you forgot to stamp yourself. I had to use that one day. BTW, the invisible ink stamp if you hold it under their blacklight reader, says, "Relax". How appropriate! :)

Glenwood Hot Springs Resort Pool, Lodge and Spa

You don't have to stay at their lodge, which we didn't. But if you choose to, the pool access comes with the room. Next time we go out there, we may splurge for that, as it is a little pricer than the local hotel we stayed at for only $69 a night, but it will have more amenities. And be sure to eat at the Hotel Colorado, right down the street! Very historic, and beautiful this time of year!

Thanks for the information. I saved it all out into a Word document to refer to later. I do not think I will be going anywhere anytime soon, but I think it is good to have something I can dream about, especially as bad as my life situation presently is, and not because of Covid-19.

That's a good, and inexpensive thing to dream about. Who knows, we may end up out there at the same time. Never know. :)
