What would happen if the US stopped supplying Israel?

Oh, an IR motion detector, I have six and they work fine except it is time to replace the driveway one, too much time in the rain.
I suppose I could consider them protection since they turn the lights on for me in the otherwise dark basement and they even turn themselves off.

The more common type of motion detection now is done by comparing image differences taken every 5 seconds or so. Sensors like that even work through windows.

Yup, that was my point, Israel has lots of guns in the public space even fully automatic and that didn't stop Hamas, allowing the average civilian a pistol is only going to generate a US style problem.
Bibi's idea to reduce regulation for civilians is a bad knee jerk reaction from an authoritarian to the current problem and only for propaganda purposes.
Bibi and his advisors screwed up by not taking the intelligence about a Hamas assault seriously, thus not having anywhere near enough IDF just north of Gaza. Basically, he's dead meat politically when this conflict draws to a close. Thus, it wasn't an absence of weaponry but an absence of not having enough IDF feet on the ground in the right location, especially with the party scheduled there in the Negev.

It was on fire when I laid down on it.
What's the application?

The application in this thread is that I don't believe it's worth my time or money to get sideways with the US military. So I don't and have no intention of doing so. Besides the fact that it would just be stupid, have you seen the state of the art weaponry that even our National Guard has? I am disinclined to fight with them.

You make an allusion to some kind of
infrared device. Yet you won't state
what it or the problem is. Strange.

I gave two different links to two different types of self defense using infrared sources. I also answered you specifically when you asked what the application was. Anyway, sorry if you missed my answers or didn't care for them.

I missed them.
But now I know they're about self defense.
OK, you missed those but you did not miss my clear answer to your question about my application. And I said it was a form of self defense way back in post 43.

I've been busy.
I'm losing track of this meandering
attempt at discussion. So you're in
luck. I won't pursue it further.

Duh.
No one is.
Good, they shouldn't be. Don't posture - it doesn't suit you well. You said this, to which I responded that I am not afraid of you - LOL.

YOU kept bringing up infrared systems and asking me what my applications were, not me. And still, I gave you answers and then some. So I'm not sure what your problem is but it ain't me, buddy.
