The joy somehow fades when there are no excited young children..........The tree is lit, with presents underneath, but our 27 year old rebelled at having to wear a shirt for Christmas lunch, his girlfriend is in jeans, and my wife always wants us to 'dress up'...........oh how I love stress!jgallandt said:It's Christmas morning! i got lots of silver jewlrey, black gothic trousers, anne rice and terry pratchett books, computer games, chocolate,vodka and cheese
this is a quick post, i have to go and pull crackers and eat turkey, but i hope everyone else has a pleasant day

They had a Sing-a-long to Sound of Music (Sound of music the movie with Karaoke lyrics at the bottom of the screen to encourage everyone to "Sing-a-long") in cinemas earlier in the year. When I saw the add in the paper, nothing could have been done to prevent my rolling on the floor laughing till I cried! :biglaugh:
I actually went to 1 showing but was kicked out after less than 5 minutes because I was laughing so hard.

Santa didn't bring me Monica; although I got one or two cool things.
The best thing, ' The Tao of Physics by Fritjof Capra'. And a new boom box. Tonight, I'll vist my dad whose in hospital, and watch Dr Who, and listen to dance anthems.
All together now, the Captain Sensible song, ' glad its all over' lol lol lol.
