What's For Dinner?

Its a good one!
That looks good. But I do not know if I have ever seen paneer in any of my local grocery stores. That should change soon. A new store is opening soon near me and it specializes in Asian foods. With a name like "Singh" I have just an inkling that it might have some Indian and Pakistani based items available.

Last night I made a version of Chicken Karahi, inspired by @Christine. I should have asked for a recipe, but scanned a few and followed one. Too spicy for my housemate. Though I thought that it was on the mild side. I just had some for lunch and I may go back for seconds.

Dinner will be Pork chops parmesan. It is basically a chicken parm with pork instead of chicken breasts. I will make spaghetti and home made marinara sauce to go with it. This would definitely be Italian-American and not Italian.

Paneer is very to make, even i can do it. Milk, lemon juice, salt, thats it. And its tastier than shop bought.

Cheese cloth to separate the curds? I already have some if that is the case. And form your meals you appear to be an accomplished cook. Maybe not a "chef". But you have a nice variety that seem to take a bit more work than I put into a meal.

Yes, and something to apply weight to squeeze out the whey

Lobster tails, Sydney rock oysters, asparagus and salad and I got a rib eye steak as well but we will probably have it tomorrow. It's our anniversary.

Rib eye steak, sweet potato, corn on the cob, asparagus and salad.

I'm sick to death of salad but the Mrs loves it.

Same here. With either fry bread or cornbread. Actually probably cornbread. My housemate wants frybread but has me buy frozen dough. I cannot see thawing it in time.
You can make fresh dough quicker (15 minutes) than waiting for the frozen to thaw.
