because i live in conservation community it's little hard to contact the other gender .

in my region and culture there is two ways , you go directly to target (if she work or study with you) and represent your emotions to her , then goes to her family to ask her hand .

It sounds like you have to be fairly sure you want someone before you approach them. In the West, you can approach someone even though you don't yet know that you really want them. But rather, you can approach them to test whether you really want them.

I tend to employ a variation of that technique in strip clubs. "Can I get some singles for this twenty? I wish to stuff your g-string." It never impresses them that I need singles for that, but it does save me money, which at my age can be more important than actually picking up someone.
