What's your favorite animal?

What is you favorite animal and why? (Excluding humans, you narcissistic swines!)

For me, although I love predators mainly, it has to be the agile, cheeky and immensely daring Gibbon. If you have never seen these guys in the wild then it's definitely something to do before you die. It's out of this world the way they move.

I love ravens, foxes, rabbits, butterflies, and tigers.

Dogs, cats, bunnies, tigers, foxes, birds....oh my..!

Don't tell me, you like unicorns don't you? It can be ANY animal you like dude.

Foxes are beautiful, unfortunately people in my country like to chase them with dogs and rip them apart alive. It's against the law now of course.... not that it helps.

I would have to say wolves, definatly. some of my other favorites would be Snow lepoards, blue whales and tigers
Oh and I love Draft horses, They just ooze power but are the most docile in the horse world.

Did you watch the episode of "Planet Earth" when the snow leopard was hunting on the mountainside? Oh my, that was scary.

Edit: Sorry, I just realised you probably haven't seen Planet Earth yet as it was only recently broadcasted over here.

Wolves are superb. I prefer to watch African Wild dogs though, simply because they have awesome markings and cool ears.

I love all animals, but my favourite is definitely the cat. Their nature fascinates me.--The tiger being my Chinese sign, I identify quite a bit with the animal.

The equine species, as my avatar indicates. In my humble opinion, horses are by far the most beautiful, exquisite, and amazing creatures God has created. I have been a horse lover all my life. My family owned a couple when I was a girl, and I used to ride quite a bit. Being around horses is one of the most therapeutic things for me.

Here I am, enjoying some "therapy" not too long ago, with a grandson of the famous racehorse Secretariat.

Well, as you can see by my title (under my username), I just love 'em all. In all honesty, I don't like spiders or most insects, but other than that, I would have a really hard time picking a favorite. I'll tell you one thing, though, even if we were to include humans, they'd be a long ways down on my list!
