When's the free market going to solve this ISIS situation?

I note that the government isn't doing much to curve the whole ISIS situation, apparently to dismay of many who wish to go to war, just not personally. So, given that the state is nearly absent in this given situation. How's the free market going to solve this problem for people like it does all the other problems in the world?

Wait until somebody finds a way to exploit ISIS for resources, and they may not "solve" the problem so much as boot them out of being a threat to the civilized world anymore.

The same way that communism or any other economic model would; not at all? The situation is cultural/political/religious/etc. and goes beyond markets and money.

It doesn't seem a situation where there's any kind of market. But if you really want to make it one, I suppose someone could pay a bounty for ISIS heads.

Socialism is when gov owns the means of production.
A bounty lets the independent business woman (most assassins are women)
own the means of production, eg, sniper rifle, surveillance equipment, body bags.
But still the bounty is paid with taxpayers money. Doesn't sound like free marked economics to me.

Consider 2 alternatives:
1) Government spends tax money to use its own employees & materiel to kill ISIS members.
2) Government spends tax money by paying a bounty on ISIS members presented by private contractors.
Sure, sure....it would be nice if other governments competed on an open ISIS-bounty market,
but #2 is at least a freer market than #1. The price is fixed, but the supply side allows for competition.
Hmmm....I suppose that competent government management might adjust price based upon results.
Bazinga!
