You can't. We don't have much of it. However, we have some fragments. It is included in Bart D. Ehrman's Lost Scriptures.

If it matters, Jerome wrote what he claimed was part of the Gospel of the Nazarenes in some of his works, but we can't verify that without the actual authentic document. Look up: Jerome on the Gospel of Matthew.

It's been speculated that the gospels of the "Hebrews, Nazarenes, and Ebionites" are one in the same gospel, though it's much debated. It would be extraordinary if the Gospel of the Hebrews would turn up in a library somewhere since I have an interest in the text as well, if only for the existing reference to James the Just.

Oberon's right, check out Ehrman's Lost Scriptures. You'll find the existing fragments in there, and if anything, it's a good read.

I think it's different from the one found in the OT. Maybe the "scripture of hebrews" being referred here is the part of the "Lost Scriptures".
