BBC, Guardian, Financial Times. Sometimes Independent (but not without cross-checking).
Never heard of "Consortium News." Looking it up it seems to be "mostly factual" but with a very strong Left bias: Consortium News - Bias and Credibility in terms of the selection of stories it gives prominence.
I don't think I would trust it on Ukraine, as both the far left and far right seem to be biased towards Russia.

I refer to any military publication for factual unclassified info on the war.
The Associated Press, Reuters, the Hill, the Guardian, and sometimes other sources. In all cases, I make sure to cross-check the news across multiple sources including and going beyond these, especially to acquaint myself with different perspectives on the news and different interpretations thereof.
