I'm pretty sure we don't have the technology to track where every atom that temporarily resides in what we call "you" dwelt even ten minutes ago, much less billions of years ago. And if one is accepting a non-material aspect of the self, time and space don't exactly apply.

I don't follow. "Cells" as such were not a thing - to the best of our knowledge - when the Earth was forming. Life - cells - did not arise on Earth until long after it had formed.

The OP question seems dishonest and a ruse to conceal a hidden agenda that will lead to an attempt to discredit evolution and promote creationism.
I don't find it to be a good practice to make assumptions. Besides, I can guarantee after paying $250 for a car key recently, compared to less than $1 when I first started driving, that car keys have most certainly evolved.
