Nirvana is considerably different a concept from the Abrahamic Heaven.
It is arguably a form of being alleviated on Earth, depending on how you understand the terms.

maybe, if you believe that earth can be separate from heaven, or realize it is within heaven. heaven can be a state of mind. Like Jesus said, "the kingdom of heaven is for those who can grasp it". The kingdom comes from within.

Going to use any kind of logic to try to prove that is how it is supposed to be understood?

It's not a logic thing. You don't find your way to Heaven, Nirvana, or even simple happiness, via logic.
Logic is actually the exact opposite means, of that which delivers knowledge worth having.

For me, the most moral solution is to stick around to help others.
i would definitely opt for someones's suffering to be alleviated here on earth.Heaven/Nirvana.
That because it is permanent.
