YoursTrue Yes you are right..... There was no bible until the Holy Catholic Church made it! The Church came before the bible... Even then there was NO pages numbers or verse numbers until later!
We must assume way back when there was a different word for small 'g' god then large "G" God! I am NOT a scripture scholar; I have relied on the expertise of the many bible translations around all but the New World Translation I refer to!

Luke 1 means God..
