I put out one of these polls a few years ago and thought it would be interesting to see if and how the demographics around here may have changed.

So, which religion do you follow? I'd love to know if there is a particular denomination or church or sect or other specific version of the religion you belong to as well. Were you raised in that faith? Did you convert at some point? Or deconvert perhaps?

Thanks for your input!

Contemporary Paganism -> Druidry -> Order of Bards, Ovates, and Druids flavored

In some ways, it'd convey what I do better to call it a reconstructed indigenous polytheistic/animistic religion. Druidry appealed to me because it is an acceptable way for a colonialist child to connect with the land and avoid stepping on the surviving indigenous traditions here.

Soto Zen

No.

Did you convert at some point?

Can you convert from nothing? :)
My parents were typical UK Christians - went to church for Christenings, marriages and funerals & wouldn't know one end of a Bible from the other.

Hindu, general. No sect.

I went from Pagan to Hindu in my early 30s.

I voted "None." Although in a previous thread, I suggested the term "unaffiliated" instead of "none." Or maybe "footloose and fancy-free" would be my choice, if that was available. ;)

I didn’t vote in the poll because I don’t consider trusting and following Jesus Christ to be practicing a religion. I realize those who don’t believe in or know Jesus as their Savior look at Christianity as just another religion and even some professing Christians or institutions have presented that image. I don’t think religion is what the biblical scriptures intend or God desires, but rather an eternal loving relationship with the Creator.

Orthodoxy.

edit: the atheists will win the poll because of the bias of the regulars here - poor souls

Oh boy. So I'll add one to the Christianity column, thank you for sharing.
