Which religion from a fictional source would you follow?

Something fictional. That we all know is fantasy.

The bible and other sacred texts is debatable. But for example we know the stuff from Ultima is fantasy and made up, even though some of it's principles are based of real religions.

Does the championship of Balance from Michael Moorcock's books count?

To dive into the belly of the beast to rip its entrails from within. To rescue aspects of Tanelorn in order to live in happiness for a time. To feel the kinship of Gaynor the damned and John Daker. To feel loss and pain time and again. To see the Lords of Chaos and the Lords of the Order and realize how pointless it is to be their pawn. To earn trusts not easily given. To have my hopes and sorrows devoured by hardships unavoidable so that only that which is reliable remains.

Jediism is loosley based on the Jedi religion. I feel like a religion based off the Ultima Games would be good too. I should call it Avatarism. xD

Hmmm... I always thought the Children of Yag-Kosha were interesting. A religion dedicated to the dead god/alien inspired by Ganesh/Buddha from outer space with a dash of Lovecraft. XD
