Which world is better?

1) God created mortals to know only good. To live forever, never sick, not aging like now. In a garden of Eden( paradise) Put one thing in the way so they could have free will, free will to choose to know God loves us and wants the best for us and created all creation and handed life for free on a silver platter to all mortals. And with variety in all his creations. To be one human family with Love the motive of hearts, not profit.
The angel being called satan and devil rebelled, lied to Eve and she listened, Adam stood up for her over God. If God killed all 3 on the spot, no one ever born would have been, plus later1/3 of the angels fell. So once and for all time it is being proved which world is better. The one that mortals know only good, or this system of things ruled by satan? If one wants to live in Gods world. They must live now to do his will( Matt 7:21) Gods kingdom will bring a reality of Gods plan back to action. That is why it is good news-the coming of Gods kingdom.
Which world is better?

You have made a lot of unfounded assertions that you assume 1)are true and that 2) others share your belief in.
I choose a world free of religious dogma, thank you.

I was miserable because I put god first. I put being me on hold because it wasn't what god wanted. It was my "cross to bear." God was first in my life, and it was a life I didn't want, and wished I'd never had it.

I would think it obvious from my positions in this thread that pleasure is not my overall biggest motivation factor.

I no longer acknowledge sin, and it has become foreign to my worldview. It applies to me no more or less than Buddhist Karma.

The problem for most is that Gods view counts in the end.

Then you reject God and stand in opposition to his son. Dogmas are rarely correct. The one set of teachers on earth who have Jesus are correct. The bible has truth. Mortals twist it into oblivion.

Holding that view is what made me want to be dead. Living for god was a curse. Living for god was about all I had, because other than that my life was nothing more than going through the motions of what would be "normal" and "acceptable," stoically carrying on to live my life for god.

Well, let's just say I reject your baseless assertion that a god exists. You may offer good quality evidence if you have any, of course. It should be original, as I am already familiar with the stuff trotted out repeatedly by apologists for the last two millennia, which have been rebutted countless times already.

This one.

We learn to grow and learn more to become comfortable with our death. Not many people like to suffer; and, I feel its more realistic to let them work through it rather then giving hope that, to many people, may or may not happen. Its benefitial to look for a perfect world. Its not realistic at the time of death when that perfect world was in the minds of the dying not part of the natural part of life: birth, suffer, age, and death.

Its a learning curve. Some never get over that hump to be motivated to be comfortable with death. Why chose a world that wont exist. Death cannot be prevented. The only life thats left is this one. Theres nothing other to chose from.

Death is not a counterpoint or contradiction to life, but a profound teacher about the meaning of human existence. Rabbi Abraham Joshua Heschel

One of the great Jewish spiritual teachers of the 20th century, Rabbi Abraham Joshua Heschel argues that facing death gives life meaning; that life and death are both part of a greater mystery; that by virtue of being created in no less than God’s image, we can imagine an afterlife for humanity — yet at the same time death itself is an antidote to human arrogance; and that in death we pay gratitude for the wonder and gift of our existence

you must reason falsely then or do not even know God. Or is it the satisfaction of flesh you live for?
The followers of Jesus don't live normal lives--the world hates them.

Jesus says the opposite.

And yet no one ever showed me any hostility or disapproval over my religious affiliation until after I left the church.

You must not like considering things that do not present your religion and god in a flattering way. So, instead of even considering the words of those who had a bad experience you project how you personally feel about it upon them.

Yes??...So....Im not christian. So, expand. Why do you mean by your comment?

We need to be comfortable with death. Life after death lets us feel comfortable. I see nothing wrong with that. I dont reinvent the wheel of negativity and blame. Counterproductive. Gets people killed.

The bible has passed judgement on all.
