Microwave. Vegan. Three minutes.
I like both but probably do stovetop more often because it's more consistent, to me. I usually only do baked when I want a crumb top.
Baked; I only eat stovetop when I'm stealing a bite or two of Ares's. He's learning to cook, and its easy for him.
Baked. However, I have no oven, so I do either stovetop or microwave.

Vegan cheese exist. I don't understand how or why

When I was vegan, I had it so when everyone else ordered pizza, I could order one without cheese and put my own on it when it arrived.

I've never seen those here in any stores. Of course, I haven't been to a Trader Joe's or a Whole Foods in a number of years.I'm sure you could work out the why.
