White supremacists involved in the violence of BLM demonstrations

Well, the Nazis did have the best uniforms in WW2.:D
They did. To be honest, most neo-Nazis aren't actually ideological National Socialists. It's somewhat rare to meet a white supremacist who has a real ideology. Most of them who praise Hitler and the Nazis are just generic racists who like the imagery.

Those videos are pretty shocking.
The one I watched was of cops supposedly trashing
their own vehicle. Yet the only thing they did was take
out a windshield. This is better explained by removal
of a damaged one so they could drive. If they really
wanted to make it look like protest damage, I'd expect
them to break all windows & lights.

Certainly, cops could be committing mayhem,
but the accusations should be better supported.

I was questioning the logic that this was necessarily surprising:

"I became curious when in Raleigh demonstrations this weekend those arrested for violence were mostly white."

Curious was not a conclusion, but an observation of a possible problem that many whites committing violence were not supporting the BLM movement, but trying to discredit the movement as in Richmond..

Excellent point. I've watched that one again - and you may well be right.

I expect it's rare to find BLM protestors undermining their own movement with violence, giving the police an excuse to crack down, and the right confirmation that the demonstrators are all violent hooligans.
The ones that want violence and enjoy confrontations are right-wing radicals like the Proud Boys, Boogaloo Boys and other Neo-Nazi, Black Bloc or white supremacist groups. They're drawn to demos like moths to a flame.

The police, on the other hand, are obsessed with order and control. Disorderly people p*ss them off and, in their eagerness to take charge of the situation, they end up inciting the very violence they claim they're there to prevent. Nor are they above a little punitive violence themselves, if they think they're not being filmed.

And, of course, both right radicals and the police are not above a little covert provocation. Agent Provocateurs: Police at Protests Caught Destroying Property

I've noticed that it's really not that difficult to get people riled up enough to do violence, regardless of their political persuasions. As we've seen, even the cops can be easily goaded into violence.

Indeed. There's plenty of non-white people around the world who admire Hitler and the Nazis, at least aesthetically.

I've noticed that, too. It may be the result of many around the world embracing the ideology of nationalism, in one form or another. This could also be true in parts of the world which were victimized by colonial powers which were also Germany's enemies in WW2. Reminds me of this line in The Dirty Dozen:

Capt. Stuart Kinder : These people don't know their enemy is the Germans. They think the enemy is their own United States Army!

Major John Reisman : Maybe that's because the Germans haven't done anything to them yet.

Which one is he?

I think, myself, the "slightly pervy" general steals the show, rather.:D

Hogan's Heroes, "I know nothing." Donald Trump's favorite expression. There is a rumor that Trump has a closet full of German and Russian uniforms, but they won't fit.

For example, Candace Owens is a Black woman publically espousing and advertising what are, essentially, Neonazi talking points.
That's because she's paid to speak of such things. It's her job. It's a way to trick white people into thinking black people support Trump.
Follow the money. Candace should get a real job.

I can't imagine Trump listening to the prelude to Act 3 of Lohengrin with his eyes shut, as he is measured for a new one......:D

No doubt either to cause trouble, or to take provocative pictures for social media, or something. But the mere fact they were present does not mean they were responsible for any trouble that was caused.

For example, if you have 100 rioters and two supremacists in Hawaiian shirts, you don't just automatically pin the riot on the guys in the Hawaiian shirts. If you believe in facts and the law, you need to show that it was these individuals that stirred it up.

According to the law enforcement it was determined that they were in disguise with the purpose and did commit violence.

Perhaps so, but what report are you basing this on? I ask because there is so much rival disinformation flying around concerning all this that we have to be careful what we rely on.

Twitter can actually be a good news source if you know where to look. It's much, much better than Facebook in that regard.
Oh my Goodness! Twitter is a better news source than Facebook!! Whoda thunk it! It's a really sad commentary on our times that you would even bother to make that comment.

Now, suppose you give us some examples of good news sources on Twitter.

Perhaps you are referring to Donald's feed?

What I meant was that finding a few white supremacists to be present is not quite the same thing as proving white supremacists were responsible for the violence. OK?
Why the distraction? The local police already stated that it was white supremacists who were responsible.

Wow, is it even possible for you to talk to people without an attitude?
