I heard two sufi poets called hafiz and rumi wrote about out of body experiences!
I don’t personally follow Sufism, but I can say that I’ve always enjoyed the poetry of Rumi and Hafez. In my opinion, a mystic spirituality (such as Sufism) is the heart of religion.
