He's what former generations would have called a pick-up artist, but even more extreme. He rallied young men to the cause of using emotional manipulation tactics to 'trick women' (his words, not mine) into having sex with them. His message was characterized by overly-machismo behavior that denigrated women as barely sentient fish to be caught by 'alpha' men, as well as denigrated men who had anything like emotional availability, could communicate vulnerability, utilized empathy, or respected women's boundaries.
Surprise surprise he turned out to be involved in sex trafficking, was arrested for such and is wanted in multiple countries for connections to sex trafficking rings.
