Twilight Hue

Twilight, not bright nor dark, good nor bad.
I'm rewatching Oliver Stone's JFK, which has been ripped apart by various individuals.

A couple of interesting resources. The first link contains a scene-by-scene refutation of the movie and is rather unkind to Oliver Stone. The second link also has quite a wealth of articles on the subject.

I was just wondering where others might stand on this.
I'm kind of convinced it was the Federal Reserve.

A common denominator with all the Kennedy killings where they each presented their own threat to the reserve and lo and behold, look at what happened.

Possibly. A lot of people think it might have been the CIA due to the CIA's illegal activities at the time, and they think JFK would have been a whistleblower and might have put the kibosh on what they were doing. Considering that the CIA and other government agencies were indeed involved in covert and illegal activities, they would have had good reason to fear an honest president.

Anything possible is possible.
The KKK could've done it cuz he's Catholic.
The Jews could've done it cuz they're Jews.
The atheists could've done it cuz we hate God.
The commies could've done it cuz of Vietnam.
Without evidence & cogent argument, one can believe anything.

As Wilson/Shea revealed in '75 there were (at least) 5 shooters send by the Cubans, the Russians, the mob, the Cocaine Import Association and the Banksters. Individually, not as an unified conspiracy.

I just look at it as a mystery, that nobody really knows what really happened. Those who believe that Oswald acted alone and that U.S. government is incapable anything wrong whatsoever are even more "true believers" and acting on solely on faith, more so than those who admit the possibility of a conspiracy.

Everything can be seen as a mystery if everything possible is considered possible.
It also requires caring about it. So....who really killed JFK? Meh.....

Well, it's an issue which only has selective appeal at this point. There are plenty of mysteries from history which may never be solved.

But statistically speaking...what are the chances that two brothers, both politicians, are murdered just like that...with no reasons?;)
The chances are zero.
It is not a coincidence. It is obvious they were murdered by the same criminal minds.

Probability doesn't work that way.
If one seeks out coincidences, many will appear because
of 100% probability that some will occur. Pick an individual
one, & it will seem improbable, but only because it was
selected for examination.
Analogy....
Suppose I just flipped a coin 10 times in a row, & got heads.
Odds are around 1,000 to 1 against that, right? No...not if
I did it 1,000,000 times, & then examined the one occurence
of 10 heads in a row. Now it's very likely.

So you do believe Robert and John Fitzgerald were murdered by random people for random reasons...and with no direction behind the curtains?;)

I do respect your opinion...and your reasoning...but I want to know what Americans think...:)
In my country it is a given the two brothers were eliminated deliberatedly.

Not at all random.
But for separate reasons by separate people.

OK.

Ok...but randomness can be suspicious.
Suspicion is based upon clues.
The Italian penal procedure says that when clues are a)severe b)precise and c)concordant, these clues become evidence.
I do believe it is the case of the two Kennedies.

Well, in Italy the Mafia keeps things organized.
We're more wild west here in Ameristan.

What's the probability of a "magic bullet"?

It turns out the Mafia was behind it...since the heroic Robert Kennedy was fighting it.
And since I am from that country...I have read enough criminology books to know how these criminals operate.;)
I'm not a fan of conspiracy theories unsupported by evidence.
2 Kennedys are assassinated....a coincidence.
But what indicates a coherent secret plot to take out both?

There is LBJ's mistress' testimony....to begin with.

Btw I guess @Stevicus means that JFK was clearly shot twice. As the videos show.

When the Mafia operates...it is all perfectly planned. They prepare all the evidence that will lead the law enforcement towards a scapegoat. A patsy...and that was Oswald.
But in order to prevent this patsy from speaking in a courtroom, they will have him killed before the trial begins.
And this is a pattern many criminologists and DIA* judges have always spoken about with so many examples.
