I think Dean Phillips is saying a lot of things that make sense. Here are some examples. He has said, “I’m afraid that President Biden is at a stage where he has lost the ability to legitimately listen". He has said, that the border is "an unmitigated, embarrassing, unforgivable disaster.”
Biden 'lost the ability to legitimately listen,' opening up path for Trump win, 2024 rival says

Joe Biden is running one of the most undemocratic campaigns imaginable. He refuses to debate with any of the other candidates for the Democrat nomination. Biden and the DNC have cancelled and/or rescheduled primaries and caucuses to favor Biden. The worse Biden does, the more Democrats hold on and rally to his dumpster fire re-election bid.

The Democrat party's 2024 Presidential hopes are self-destructing in slow motion on full public display.
Oh, is that something that bothers you? That makes a person's campaign undemocratic, does it? Hmmm

How many times has Trump debated fellow Republicans?

IMO, there's a question I have whether Trump would debate Biden of both are elected? Last night, Trump said he would be running against Obama, which he also said a few weeks ago.
