Is that a real picture of him? I've never seen it. If it's real, he was kind of handsome. Still not as hot as young Stalin with his model good looks, though.

The Christian Democratic Union is a liberal-conservative party. I bet that's enough to fry some brains of people who know only what liberal means in US context.
American politics are completely screwed up and totally hopeless. I can't wait to leave this country eventually.

Yep, and let's not forget she welcomed mass immigration as a Christian probably should, we all saw how that worked out.

Yes, a lot of Christians in Europe consider it their duty to help the poor or those seeking refuge. Our churches have protected some immigrants from deportation who've been ordered to return to their country.

Yes a relatively new addition that one cant help think about whenever Germany is mentioned. I hear his name is Godwin.
