I would be inclined to think the world would be sitting around doing nothing, because we would all be philosophizing about why we aren't doing anything, or what we should be doing.I would choose me.

Well, people in politics now do absolutely nothing and just ***** at each other... I have a feeling philosopher kings would actually THINK about what they're talking about first. Same result... nothing would get done, but at least it would sound intelligent
