Underwood you stole from us...he is really the alter ego of Francis Urquhart - "Underwood" presumably being easier to spell - from the 1990 Brit mini series...
Trump you can keep - we don't want him - notwithstanding Her Majesty's reported admiration (not!)
And Kirkman is Canadian which is far too close to being French - in any case I'm way behind - I only got up to about episode 11 I think and he wasn't doing so well as I recall...
No - I'm sorry but none of your current Presidents really cut the mustard - Theresa May on the other hand...well, she'd make a really good Blunder Woman right now.
Oh Lord! Has it really come to this - is Macron really (and by some margin it seems) the most intelligent and credible of current world leaders?

They are perpetuate the same thing, whether they espouse it or not. A good portion of politicians, post circa the fall of the Roman Empire, are puppets. Trump would be one of the best examples of a puppet in history.
