Well, im going to sway from the crowd of exadurated fictional characters and say Begbie from Trainspotting. Fictional, yes... are there people like him, yes. Scarface is a good one too. So is Carter in Payback.
Then again its fun to name exadurated super human characters. In that case I'd say James Bond.
He has sex with his enemies, forgets about them, finds another and does it again... all while dodging bombs that could take out a city/heavy ammunition/Monologing Villans while in some sort of Death Sequence, and he destroys some mad cool equiptment as if it were nothing.
Then again its fun to name exadurated super human characters. In that case I'd say James Bond.

His name is Kevin. Hank owned him. Hank is the one that cut him all up. Hank took him on after 'killing his way to the top' and took down one of the most powerfull man in Sin city.
