They don't. They earn according to their needs (so said).I also have reservations about everyone earning the same amount of money.
Interesting. According to needs sounds somewhat vague, but i suppose people who would rule such a society would require more needs, yes? That could turn into a class system comprised of "needs". It might not, but i doubt it.They don't. They earn according to their needs (so said).
It is vague indeed. The vagueness of the ideology as a whole lends it to all sorts of deviations and strangeness. From the outside it looks very fleshed out, but inside it's a bit thin. This is why Communist parties factionalise and bicker endlessly and do nothing.Interesting. Man, if you think politics in the USA are weird, just wait until you learn about communism's forms. There's Marxism, Marx-Leninism, Stalininsm, Trotskyism, Pol-Potism (which is essentially fundamentalist Marxism, but with some twists), Maoism, Luxemburgism, and Dengism.Stereotypes aside, I don't know enough about the various kinds of communism to consider myself a communist.
I'm sensing a quote attributed to a particular famous person within that post. Hmmmmmm…….I've read Marx, Engels, Lenin, Trotsky and Mao. Is there a better reason for not being a Communist?
Marx and Engels actually had some rather fundamental differences, iirc. It was interesting.I've read Marx, Engels, Lenin, Trotsky and Mao. Is there a better reason for not being a Communist?
Alright, it's time for another fringe ideology: communism!
It has had its ups and its downs over the years. (That's a mild way of putting it. )
So, why aren't you a communist?
I'm not all that famous. Ok, I'm a bit of a draw in the cul de sac, but it's not like I have to beat a path to the car through the waiting Paparazzi. (Did I unwittingly say something similar to a famous quote?)I'm sensing a quote attributed to a particular famous person within that post. Hmmmmmm…….
You are getting perilously close to triggering me with that last comment! Also, I have yet to hear someone say,
'But that's not true capitalism!'
Wait, what? Is this about how Communist states are atheistic, or something else entirely?Communism clashes with my religion. That is why I am not a communist.
