Why I believe God is good

If that were true then "Most of the goodness on this planet earth is because of humans" would be true

Which would mean that God has little to do with goodness or evil, which would mean that goodness and evil are human affairs that have nothing to do with God........

Which would put the idea that God is good under a lot of doubt and make such a statement rather meaningless

You seem to be attributing evil to humans but goodness to God

I think this is somewhat irrational

So then us learning lessons are more important to God than him being good to people

Which would mean that "God is our teacher" would be far more accurate than "God is good"

If he isn't actually being good to us but is instead putting us through a test
God is beyond nature

This makes no sense to me but if it works for you that’s cool
The Monad is that which is absolute, it is self existent in that it has always existed

All that exist derive their existence from it yet it derives its existence from no other thing as it is the absolute

It is the unmoved mover

God made this reality but is not absolute, it is an emanation of the absolute, which is called The Monad

Why I believe God is good:

It gives me hope.
It gives me strenght
It makes me more safe
I feel loved
Life has meaning

If God is evil then there is no hope.
Life is meaningless
Life is terrible
I feeling unsafe
I feeling not loved
Life without God
1 It gives me hope, more humans strive to do good then not
2 It gives me strength, every challenge I overcome was accomplished by me, making a new friend, learning something new or by becoming stronger
3 It makes me feel more safe, my fellow humans for the most want me to succeed, help me to succeed, and proclaim my successes
4 I feel loved
5 Life has meaning that I can influence for myself and assist others when in need

That’s a little to sci-fi for my taste.

For whoever feels like they are weak, hopeless and unloved without gods. It is a wake up call to say: the strength, the hope and the love you seek is within yourself.
How much time did you spend in your life feeling weak, hopeless, and unloved?
