Nowhere in the early Buddhist canon have I found where it says we should say "Buddha bless you".

:praying: and in reality it happeneds as the building of temples and went unto it
then what are the things that is supposed to be doing there
is it discredeting the blessed canon scriptures or perhaps not worshipping anything at all

:ty:

godbless
unto all always

I just don't understand why Satan is supposed to be a baddie, but the Biblical god all that is good? The deeds attributed to god are highly unpleasant to say the least, and indicate the entity is very deranged. Although poor Satan is always slagged off, no actual misdeeds have been attributed to him.
A vast right (& left) wing conspiracy it is!

Satan's rebellion and lies brought death and suffering into the world. The Bible unmasks him as being behind the great evils experienced since Eden. (1 John 3:8-12) As Jesus Christ said of Satan; "That one was a murderer when he began, and he did not stand fast in the truth, because truth is not in him. When he speaks the lie, he speaks according to his own disposition, because he is a liar and the father of the lie." (John 8:44) I feel certain that this wicked spirit finds satisfaction in having humans blame the true God for the evil Satan causes.

Is it not God that created Satan, first known as his archangel? Wasn't this archangel perfect? If so how does something perfect make an imperfect act or decision? Even with the idea of "free will " being perfect would let you see far enough ahead to always make the right decisions. Further more how does something perfect (God) make something imperfect (Satan), along with imperfect humans. If God was all knowing, how did he not know that his archangel would fall before his creation? Then later ruin his perfect plan of perfect humans on earth. Since God has a plan for everyone he knew Adam and Eve would fall and yet he tested them. Only someone that is unknowing has the need to test it's creation

A man with many sons does his best in raising them to be honest, loving, and righteous men. Most of his sons accept their father's teachings and turn out well. One son turns delinquent and even commits murder. Who made this son a murderer? Did he not make himself one by committing this heinous act? Have you ever heard of someone who did not want to know ahead of time about some happy event or gift they were to receive? Although God can choose to foreknow certain things, I believe the Bible teaches he controls that ability and chooses what to foreknow. For example, Genesis 22:12 show that God did not choose to foreknow the outcome of Abraham's willingness to sacrifice his son. After Abraham took the knife to sacrifice Isaac, Jehovah said; "now I do know that you are God-fearing because you have not withheld your son, your only one from me." Similarly, Jehovah chose to send angels to Sodom "to see whether they are acting according to the outcry that has reached me. And if not, I can get to know it.” (Genesis 18:21)
Whether something is perfect or not is for God to decide, not us. I do not believe God wants us to be unfeeling robots, forced to do whatever he expects of us. Rather, as a loving Father wants his family to reciprocate his love for them, I believe Jehovah wants us to love him for who he is and what he does.

God did decide to make his archangels perfect and Adam and Eve perfect because they were made in his own image. The father example that was portrayed here doesn't apply because that is a earthly father with imperfection and sin. God does not have those traits. Again perfection does not limit your ability to make your own decisions it only assures you to make the right decisions. His archangel along with Adam and Eve had both perfection and freewill. If that's so were they unfeeling robots forced to do what he expected them to do? How did Satan choose to make the wrong decision if Evil at that time did not exist? According to the bible he began sin by disobeying his creator. And if Satan started evil then God is not the only one with the ability to create things. To the story of Abraham it was not Jehovah that said now I do know it was Jehovahs angel talking to him Genesis 22:11 and proceeded to talk to him to Genesis 22:18. Even if God can choose when to know, which is only a guess of yours why choose slaughter over looking into the hearts of his followers? That seems like a blood thirsty god that chooses to have animal offerings.God does expect us and wants us to do whatever he wants because he is a jealous god. And threatens us with hell or without the promise of resurrection in paradise.

God is more evil than the worst of humans if the Biblical accounts of its deeds are correct!

Anyway god who is supposed to have flooded the whole world killing all but the sycophant Noah and his family and a few animals, when having a temper tantrum is evil. Getting a young girl pregnant and then having its offspring killed to atone for its screws up is very nasty indeed!
