Why would you call your son Cassius and not Muhammad?

Pretty obvious who Cassius was named after but refuse to take the plunge and call him Muhammad

Henry Cooper, the boy from the Old Kent Road and the first man to knock him over in the ring, always referred to Ali as Clay. Not racism, just the old school East London habit of calling a spade a spade.

Not sure who named their son Cassius, but maybe the parents just really hate Caesar.

If the father is a kickboxer and coaches kickboxing it's pretty obvious who they're naming him after. Even though he rejected that name: haven't got the guts to call him Muhammad
