Well, since Trump was POTUS for 2016-2020, technically anyone who becomes POTUS from now on would be.
Maybe it is a trick question, depending on how you define "trick question".
To clarify, will Harris become the next POTUS right after Biden, nothing in between, and I don't mean for years from now. Can I make it any more clear than that?

Why would that be sad? He's going to be the next POTUS, or (hint) the one after the one after Biden, if Harris becomes the next POTUS - right after Biden.

4) Her implementation
Did Trump tell women to follow their husband on how to vote? In that case, there might never be a female president, except in the movies
I think the very rich, money rules, will rather not allow a female president to win. They allow feminism BUT there are limits

Likely....
- Some loss of constitutional rights, especially 1st & 4th Amendment.
- Appeasement of rapacious foreign strongmen, eg, Putin.
- Economic trouble, eg, inflation, market meddling.
On that last one, Trump leans socialist much the same as
Democrats do, in that he seeks more government control
over how businesses are run.

With the 25th Amendment, section 4, the VP (currently Kamala Harris), along with a majority vote of the cabinet members, can remove the current president, making the VP the POTUS.
As for the first, I mean...Trump is the most outspoken and blunt POTUS in US history.
Maybe they will even eliminate the bleeping out %&&°* on TV.
I haven't understood what a strongman is...yet.
The market has to be regulated.
I may suggest Buenos Aires as new fatherland. Extra-Ultra-Liberism by President Milei.
And that's why he won.
Perhaps you've missed his stated intent to prosecute
media who criticize him. And to make it illegal to
criticize judges.
His own exercise of free speech won't be extended
to his opponents.

This is where we see that Trump isn't a conservative.

Trump appeals to voters who want a more powerful
government that will provide for them, & put boots
on necks of people they dislike.
