Will of the force?

I had some questions and I didn't want to get into it in the extinction thread so here goes.

If we learn to time travel and can suddenly bring animals back does that mean it's the will of the force? So if an animal becomes extinct that's the will of the force? but if the we protect the animal it's the will of the force? So what I'm hearing is no matter what, everything is the will of the force?
