Windows 10 spying on you?

I refuse to upgrade my win 7 box to 10, but I had to upgrade the wife's laptop.

I'm very much against spying, but at the same time, I don't care that much to not get Windows 10. I mean if they spy on me what are they gonna do.

I thought of that position, but I ultimately upgraded because compatibility for 7 may not be around for too much longer.

Track everything you do and sell it for marketing and advertising. Basically, they set 10 up so that by default they get to know everything you do, everything you look at, all of your locations, and then advertise to you based on that. And Microsoft doesn't even ask for permission to do this, they just help themselves to your data if you don't go through the options and turn everything off.

So it will be annoying? My Linux is annoying sending me the option to upgrade in an easy and semi-hassle free way.

Meh, I still use XP every day. On it right now. 7 will be around a while, remember not all PC's with 7 can run 10.
