Wonder Why You Aren't Hearing Much About The Louisiana Church Arsonist Now?

Interesting when you take out the White Supremacy and racism suddenly it's not much of a story anymore and you don't hear politicians and celebrities grandstanding and exploiting it. It seems it wasn't a hate crime against blacks but the Baptist church and it's beliefs which may not be considered a hate crime apparently.

From article:

"Four days before his arrest in connection with the three Louisiana Baptist church fires, Holden Matthews expressed disgust with Baptist beliefs on Facebook, CNN has learned.
Responding to a post about "afrikan spirituality," Matthews, posting under the name Noctis Matthews, said he cannot "stand all these baptists around here, bunch of brainwashed people trying to find happiness in a religion that was forced on their ancestors just as it was on mine."
In the posting, Matthews said he wished that, "more blacks [sic] people would look into ancient beliefs of pre Christian Africa."
An acquaintance, Nygyl Bryyn, confirmed to CNN the profile and alias is that of Holden Matthews. He says his friend is not racist and believes the churches were, "victims of circumstances."

It seems some in the media and others actually needed a White Nationalist to be the culprit to continue their narratives. About the only thing that comes close to implicating White Nationalism as a possible motive is a comment Holden Matthews made about a picture on social media when another poster thought a belt looked like a swastiska.
“the belt gives him extra strength and power…..white power lmao jk jk I had to.”
Doesn't sound much like a Nazi to me

I'm sick and tired of all these fake hate crime stories ...:( Of course, the original media reports are so often very wrong they make the liberal media look so very foolish, they'd then like us to forget about it.

I suspect that some are greatly disappointed.
This interferes with blaming it on Trump.

I thought you'd told us never to listen to CNN, how convenient, now you're quoting CNN So the suspect is a white satanist, son of a sheriff deputy, and that is not a hate crime, how??

In general, society tends to not like it when Christianity causes bad things for people. Such as, everyone knows LGBT youth face various problems and risks. What often gets ignored is these problems, such as homelessness, frequently is rooted in Conservative Christian views. Christians themselves hate it so much they persistently insist that such people were never "saved/true Christians" to begin with.

For the OPs information, "Black" metal is not metal by black people but a largely influenced by white supremacism form of metal music. SO we have a white satanist, heavily influenced by white supremacist music, who hates baptists, and black baptists in particular, and our right wingers don't see any evidence of a hate crime here, after all the perps friend says he not a racist, in this case I would say the perps actions speak a lot louder than his friends words!!

"Black" metal is not metal by black people but a largely influenced by white supremacism
Black metal tends to be more anti-religion (specifically Christianity) and pro-Satanthan than anything. Some of it's earlier artists weren't white supremacists, but they were burning churches (and possibly very mentally ill given an incident of human sacrifice and ritualistic suicide). Sure there are some who are white supremacists, but they also exist in other genres like country and punk, but they are fringe groups and not considered a typical/usual part of the genre.
But very widely and mostly, it's entertainment like all forms of mainstream music and not intended to be taken seriously or acted out on.

The link between Black Metal and white supremacism is pretty well established.

White power music - Wikipedia
That isn't about black metal, but it mentions white supremacists rock, country, and punk bands and labels. As I said, they are there, but they aren't being invited on tours. From your article:
Mattias Gardell, however, sees NSBM artists as a minority within black metal.[29] The Metal Archives lists only around 200 active NSBM bands.
If you want to criticize the genre, do it for it's hostility towards Christianity and the Church that at times goes too far, not stuff you don't find throughout the genre. But, even Rammstein often gets accused of being pro-Nazi.

Actually my link does cover black metal if you read down.

I quoted a part of it (that points out there is a small number of such black metal bands), and said it's not specifically about black metal. It's not like rap where sometimes an artist gets shot.

No just some churches get burned, and a few murders.

Which is what I said, and said where blame is due, not false accusations of a widespread white supremacist influence. There is singing about hating god and Christianity, but some of the early black metal artists took it beyond entertainment.

Well, I'm pretty sure this guy was some kind of white supremacist.
