I bet few of you were aware that a Buddhist monk has been called "the world's happiest man".
Some of you may even think it's a bit silly - the man himself scoffs at the title and he says there are many people at least as happy as he is ...
It makes an interesting Google search - for once, it pays to look past the first page of results.
Anyway, the monk in question is Matthieu Ricard, a French scientist who moved to the Himalayas over 35 years ago to become a Buddhist monk.
