Summary, there are lots of them, and they don't do abortions, contraception, and women's healthcare outside of what Christian doctrine allows, even when they're the only game in town. AND, they get subsidies?!

Why aren't there more secular hospitals? It's kind of hard to go against the established order when you don't have any other options.

I had the same question - I suspect it might have to do with subsidies, but that's just a guess.
