In any case, having my avatar really be me means that sometimes, when you are reading my posts, you can sort of look into my blue and penetrating orbs and get a sense of who really is talking.Mine's just me, as painted by a street artist. I like it. Therefore I keep it.
I have to admit - I thought it was cool as well. Always wondered what it meant. It always seemed like it must be something so much more profound than just that your forum picture was changing. Hahaha...I was also like you for a couple of years. In fact that is why my subheading is “Avatar in flux”. While I was burning through quite a few avatar images each month I put that subheading in. After I got the Raven art, the subheading seemed cool.
I can’t keep the same avatar more than a week or two max, get tired of them. Some of you keep yours for literal decades. I don’t know how you do it.
