Your suggestions for relocation places for Americans post election

This should be straight forward.
What location(s) would you recommend as a destination for those Americans that want to leave the country based on the election results?

I know this is intended to be somewhat humorous, but anyone wanting to move to a new country should carefully examine what that entails. I'll use myself as an example.

I'm old and retired. I have a number of health conditions that, though I'm generally healthy, require regular testing. Medicare handles it well here. Canada would suit me well politically I think and my SO would not be far from the US to visit her relatives. But there's no way I could get a work visa even if I wanted to work. I would need to be covered by the Canadian health plan, but that's not going to happen as I haven't paid into it (don't blame them, btw). I could live there for six months without a visa, but would have to pay for private health coverage. I would have to rent accommodation, not sell my house in the US and buy one there as I would if I had permanent residency. Maintaining a residence in the US (probably rented out) and otherwise behaving like a resident (like paying taxes locally) might work, but it would be complicated.

I sort of have an idea of hopping around nearby countries (Mexico?) for six months at a time until Trump is gone, but all the above problems still remain.

I have no idea where Trump plans to send all the immigrants he has declared he is deporting.
He hasn't said he is deporting immigrants. The deportations would be of illegal immigrants or more specifically those without authorization. Their destinations would be their countries of origin.

He declared he was going to deport the 20,000 Springfield, Ohio immigrants.
You know, the ones who are in Ohio legally...
