If Trump loses the election in November, what do you think the Republican Leadership will do?

Right now, the old guard Republicans are in a bit of a pickle. MAGA has taken over about 40% of the office holders in Washington, which leaves them in one of two positions, imo: Either vote with the MAGA mob or stand on the outside looking in.

I've been thinking that there could be a split in the GOP, creating two parties. It would likely be a MAGA faction and a more moderate faction. The more moderate faction could probably take in some independents and possibly some moderate Democrats, which could move Democrats even further left.

The end result could be three major parties instead of just two. A right-wing, middle, and left-wing.

The GOP will brand radicalized conservatives as outcasts and extremists.
The Republican party will be dead
