Who are the Ravidassi Sikhs?

Do they also use Sri Guru Granth Sahib? Why do they wear turbans if Guru Ravidass did not? Why don't mainstream Sikhs get along with them if they also use Sri Guru Granth Sahib and have the same philosophy
