She's a non-white, working class woman who unlodged a powerful established politician using small donations, leg work and a democratic socilaist platform. Since becoming a member of Congress she's used the considerable exposure she's had to make a case for avoiding environmental catastrophe.

this would be added to the tally of his many lies. But when AOC says it,

In any case, KIVI is an ABC affiliate. Don't you know that? Doesn't KIVI broadcast ABC evening news with David Muir? If it does then you are recommending on of the same ones I did.

They had years to prepare for a big hurricane, they were totally unprepared, and the state/territory has a big responsibility in preparedness.
I am not sure when a jurisdiction is like the grasshopper and squanders itś money, that the ants of the rest of the country, and uncle sucker, are on the hook for perpetual support and reconstruction.

No. First myth, she is not working class. She was raised in Westchester county by parents who are affluent.
She did, work as a bartender, an interesting career path before she got sidetracked by politics.
