I understand it to mean that the Gentiles were the other group and so we are as one familyFor everyone who believes in the Bible, and also believes their group is the only "true" church, or only church with *real* authority, how do you explain away the scripture saying there are other sheep - telling everyone there are many different legit groups?

Gentiles is everyone outside of the Jewish family. IMV - bringing them together as one familyThe gentiles, as in the Methodists? Or Baptists? Or??
"One" family?
What brings Hindus, Muslims, Mormons, and atheists together with Christians as "one family"? Just not being Jewish?Gentiles is everyone outside of the Jewish family. IMV - bringing them together as one family

Jesus came first to His sheep, the Jews/ Israel, then to offer salvation to the rest of the world; all non-Jews. Any who place their faith in Him are His other sheep. It’s not about a “right group or a true church with authority”. It’s about Jesus the Savior seeking lost sinners and people finding forgiveness and eternal life in Christ alone; not an organization, church or religion. For everyone who believes in the Bible, and also believes their group is the only "true" church, or only church with *real* authority, how do you explain away the scripture saying there are other sheep - telling everyone there are many different legit groups?

I just posted a different interpretation of John 10:16 above, but I believe your interpretation is also valid. Who are the “other sheep” mentioned in John 10:16? | GotQuestions.org
That is the goal of my religion, that humanity will eventually be united.Hopefully one day we can all just be humans ❤
I'm back. I don't see a heart symbol among the emojis. Where did you get that? Okay, I missed it the first time, it is under emoji symbols. That is the goal of my religion, that humanity will eventually be united.
For me, the only legit group is the one which goes by science and not by fake stories and fake claims. For everyone who believes in the Bible, and also believes their group is the only "true" church, or only church with *real* authority, how do you explain away the scripture saying there are other sheep - telling everyone there are many different legit groups?
Those who have died never return. There is no way Christian, Muslims, Bahais, Ahmadiyyas, etc. can unite without denying their messengers. Are you referring to this verse?
I never have understood how a belief in Brahma is validated by science. I don't mean to challenge that, but just wondering how you came to that conclusion. I guess for you Brahma is a name for the universe, though it could be called by a different name? Einstein had a similar view of God.For me, the only legit group is the one which goes by science and not by fake stories and fake claims.
Thought this was a thread about actual sheep. I have sheep. Brahmā is the name of a Puranic Hindu God, who created the universe at the instance of Shiva, Vishnu or Mother Goddess Durga, did not do that on his own (i.e., a lesser God than others, also controls fate).I never have understood how a belief in Brahma is validated by science. Just don't use that site for non-Christian stuff eg Buddhism.I just posted a different interpretation of John 10:16 above, but I believe your interpretation is also valid. A Bible verse can have more than one meaning.

no matter how sick or in pain they are? You might not know somethings wrong until they just fall down
and lie there. "Nothing's wrong with me, I'm fine, everything's fine, not sick, not in pain, not crying..."
